will make your shopping experience fun and easy.
You don’t need to create an account to browse
our products and services. As you place your first order
online, the order process will collect the needed information,
and file it into our system and your account will be
setup.

At the top of any page, you will find tabs that give
you easy access to our many stores, and the sub-categories
in those stores. When you click on any of these tabs,
our site takes you to that store and displays the store’s
“Top Sellers”. Once a subcategory search
is completed, you can sort your selection by “Top
Sellers,” “Discounts,” “Newest
1st,” "Markdowns,” or “Price.”
This feature is found in a drop-down box on the top
right hand side of the page
We also have a great search feature on our site that
makes finding exactly what you're looking for a breeze!
If you are looking for a particular item, stay on our
home page. You will see a product search box in the
upper right hand corner of the page. Here, you can search
by entering keywords. The search function searches for
the keyword in both the name and the item description.

To purchase items from our site, you need to place them
in our electronic shopping cart. Simply click on the
“Add to Cart” button on the item’s
product information page. You can continue adding items
to your cart until you’re ready to make your purchase.
You can order as many items or number of quantity. You
can view the items you have placed in your shopping
cart at any time by clicking on the “View Cart”
icon located at the top right of any page under "Shopping
Cart Details".

Please review all the items you've placed in your
Shopping Cart to ensure the items are correct in size,
color, and quantity (if applicable). After you've
finished shopping, click on "CHECKOUT" button
to continue to the next phase.
- Account
Login:
When you have completed your shopping and have clicked
“CHECKOUT” you will be taken to the "Sign
in " page. Here we will ask if you are a return
or new customer. Please select accordingly, and click
“Continue”.
If you are a first-time shopper having trouble logging
in as a new customer, you may have already subscribed
to our newsletter. Our system recognizes you as a
return customer (even if you have never purchased
anything from us). Login as a return customer using
your e-mail address and password, click “Continue”,
and you will be on your way through the order process.
If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot
your password?” to have your password emailed
to you.
- Billing
& Shipping Addresses (Sections A & B):
After logging in, a page appears which will require
you to enter Account information. Please enter the
full address to which your credit card statement is
sent beneath “Billing Information.”
If the address you is the same as the as your billing
information, you can select the box “Same as
Billing Information.” If not, please also enter
the complete address that your would like to send
your order to.
Remember:
Your billing information and shipping address may
be different. Make sure you have the correct information
before clicking on “Continue”.

Payment options

The final section to complete on this screen is to
enter your credit card account number and expiration
date. Saleshock.com allows you to pay via major credit
card (American Express, Discover, Visa, or Mastercard)
or PayPal. For more information on paying with PayPal,
please select “Click Here to pay using PayPal”
for further details. Please note that for PayPal purchases,
your Paypal account must have a confirmed Paypal street
address for us to process your order. For security
reasons, Saleshock.com only ships to this confirmed
address (the address that is listed with your Credit
Card Company as your billing address). If you enter
in a different address in the shipping address field,
PayPal will automatically correct the order to ship
to the address that is listed with your PayPal account.
We may contact you within two business days via e-mail
and/or phone to verbally verify your order. We may
not be able to ship your order if this information
is inconsistent.
- Are
credit card transactions on Saleshock.com safe?
Absolutely! In fact, statistically it's safer
to use your credit card over the Internet than
in a restaurant or department store. Saleshock.com's
servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption
technology that works with Netscape Navigator,
Microsoft Internet Explorer, and AOL's browser,
so that only Saleshock.com can read a customer's
personal information.
- Why
would my card be declined if there are sufficient
funds in my account?
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent
transactions, the billing and shipping address
is verified through your credit card company.
If the billing address on your Saleshock.com account
differs from the billing address on your bank's
records, you could be declined. Please verify
that My Account information is correct, and then
notify your credit card company to ensure that
they have your most up-to-date information. Additionally,
we do not have the capability to validate funds
on cards issued by foreign banks.

Review all the billing information you have entered
and edit if necessary. If everything is correct, click
“Submit Order” to complete the placement
of your order.

Please make sure that you review all the billing and
shipping information, as well as all the products selected
(including size, color, etc.) on the last page of the
order process. If you wish to change any of the information,
please click on the “Edit Order” icon or
any of the page links provided in the upper left hand
corner during the checkout process. This will take you
back to your shopping cart where you can remove items
from your cart or make any necessary changes. The page
links will take you back to the particular page
where data needs to be corrected. The edit links will
take you back to the particular entry that needs to
be corrected. Please continue through the order process
again to complete your purchase.
For security reasons PayPal will only ship to your billing
address (The address that is listed with your Credit
Card Company as your billing address). If you enter
in a different address in the shipping address field,
PayPal will automatically ship the order to the billing
address.
When you have determined that all the information is
correct, and viewed our Terms and Conditions, please
click “Complete Order”, and wait for the
order confirmation to appear. DO NOT double-click or
the system will duplicate your order. When this final
page appears, it will show you your invoice and give
you your invoice number.
You will be e-mailed immediately with confirmation of
your order, including your order information and invoice
number.

has been completed. Due to our commitment to process
orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed
our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack
