Unlike most other Internet retailers, Saleshock.com carries
a full inventory for every product we sell. This means that
when we say an item is in stock, we mean it. In rare cases,
however, we may take your order and then discover that the
product is not available for shipping (i.e., it is damaged
or defective). In this case, we will notify you via e-mail
that it is on back order and do our utmost to fulfill the
order as soon as possible. You will also have the option to
cancel the order.
Because of the great deals we offer, many of our products
sell out very quickly. In addition, because many of our products
are "close-outs", when they are gone we may not
be able to re-stock when products sell out. We do update our
site hourly, but there is an inevitable delay in reflecting
the fluctuations of quantities of product on hand—particularly
since thousands of people visit our online store every day.
To avoid missing out on our featured items, we encourage you
to act quickly.

Unlike many retailers, we don't have a "mark down plan"
that begins by offering products at higher prices and then
reducing them over time. Instead, we offer our products at
the lowest price that we can as soon as we put them in our
online store. However, when the occasion arises that we do
mark down a price, we also realize the need to be sensitive
to previous purchases. Therefore, we can offer you a store
credit of the difference in price for your next purchase when
prices are reduced within 5 days of your order.

policy would be handled by the manufacturer’s warranty.
However, we offer a distributor (Saleshock.com warehouse)
warranty on select products.
Basically, if you have a problem with your product within
the given warranty time, you will be able to contact Saleshock.com
to handle the return. The warranty covers repair or replacement
only. Saleshock.com does not provide compensation for
shipping fees for warranty service.

What are 'Factory-Reconditioned' products?
Customers return products for many reasons: a customer
may change his or her mind, not like the product, or have
difficulty operating it. Whether it is returned a month later
or only the very next day, such an item must be identified
as "reconditioned" or "refurbished" to
be resold.
Open
Box: As the name implies, this refers to a
product that someone bought but merely "opened the box,"
and does not show any signs of wear and tear; or
Customer Returns:
This refers to products that the customer opened and may have
briefly used, and as a result, the product may show a small
amount of wear and tear.
How
are products reconditioned?
Every product targeted for reconditioning must pass a thorough
examination. After repairing any defect and sanitizing when
necessary, the product is repackaged either by the original
manufacturer or a reputable professional outside firm may
perform the reconditioning, returning the products to like-new
or almost new condition.
How do I identify 'Factory-Reconditioned'
products?
We note these products on our site with an icon and the words
"Factory-Reconditioned. Click here to learn more."
You will see this icon on the product description whenever
a factory-reconditioned product is offered. When you see the
"Factory-Reconditioned" icon, you know you're in
for a great deal on a fantastic product!
Refurbished
or Factory-Serviced, what's the difference?
You've looked around and perhaps seen the terms "Refurbished"
or "Factory-serviced". Various retailers use slightly
different terminology. However, any item listed on our site
as "Refurbished" or "Factory-serviced"
meets the same factory-reconditioned standards listed above.
Will
"Factory-Reconditioned" products come in different
packaging?
By law, product packaging must state if an item is factory-reconditioned.
Packaging and terminology differs slightly with each retailer.
Some items will arrive in a regular retail box with a sticker
indicating that it's reconditioned, refurbished, or factory
serviced. Some items come repackaged in a plain brown or white
box. Enclosed manuals may refer to accessories (camera cases,
straps, for example.) that are not included with the reconditioned
product. Be sure read over the product information page for
a list of included accessories.
What
makes a "Factory-Reconditioned" item such an excellent
purchase?
Factory-reconditioned products maintain high quality standards.
Each item is checked at least twice for proper working condition
and quality. In fact, reconditioned goods have a very low
(2-percent) cost of return.
The price you pay for a reconditioned item is much lower than
