that has seen the firm grow into one of the more successful
Internet-consulting
firms
in the industry. As one of the more down-to-earth CEO’s
in the business, he sees his
role as the chief
cultural officer and coach of the organization. His
leadership skills are demonstrated by the outstanding
relationships
he maintains with industry peers, clients and the GDIS staff.
Frank founded GDIS in 1995 after identifying a niche in the
systems integration market that was not adequately addressed.
That niche was the need for clients to conduct business in
an entire new fashion. He realized that traditional implementation,
while producing a Go-Live”, was falling short of what
organizations needed and expected from an online web presence.
Frank felt that clients would embrace an organization that
could not only implement a new presence, but could also produce
the financial and operational improvements required and anticipated.
Frank developed a company culture that was “hands-on”
and “would roll-up their sleeves” to assist clients
with executing the change necessary to maximize the use of
the technology and better manage their business. Frank always
wanted his company to truly be known for its good work and
a team player.
Mr. Gibbons started the company by bringing in Fred Bauer,
a business coach, who shared Frank’s vision. Working
together, Frank and Fred continued to grow the business by
building a reputation for delivering quality services and
by recruiting the best minds in the industry. Frank’s
vision did not stop there. Today, GDIS continues to grow worldwide. |
